One of the things I did like about the weekly disposable nature of the cartoon spot was addressing something of the moment that probably wouldn’t have much life beyond that year. Maybe I’m wrong, eleven years later, do people remember the songs of Soundgarden?
Always liked this drawing. And actually saw “Artis the Spoonman” busking on the street in Seattle outside the original Starbucks; but in my memory fog, I’m not sure if this was before or after this cartoon appeared.
