A cartoon that was later done as a postcard for Recycled Paper Products that have long since been pulled from stores, but can still be bought from this site (hint hint - over here).
One of the few nit-picky regrets I have in cartooning was not allowing the Sci-Fi club of DePaul to re-print this in their newsletter. At least I don’t think they did. They were nice enough to call the paper to try and get permission, but when I called them back, I said I rarely just give stuff away (have to be familiar with the publication or charity), but I can let you re-print for the bargain basement price of $25. They declined (as far as I know) and in retrospect I would have liked to see just what other stories might have appeared on the page this was laid out on.
Mores the pity, or some other cliché.
