Perhaps I’m letting my “Far Side” show, or foggily channeling the children’s book, “How to Eat Fried Worms” which quite disturbed me as an eight or nine year old—so much so, that I’m now typing about it [insert time passing cloud of mortality here] some thirty years later [shiver].
